Bjørn-Erik Willoch

Björn-Erik Willoch is born in South Africa, is son of a Lutheran missionary, and from early childhood he has been used to understanding and thriving with other cultures. He is an electrical engineer and corporate administrator of training. Willoch has been employed at the multinational oil corporation Exxon for several years and worked for smaller contracting companies.

His consultancy career started in 1986, and after a few years he was one of the pioneers within Business Process Reengineering in Scandinavia and Europe. He has been involved in massive reorganization tasks in almost all types of corporations, from multinational production companies to trade, retail and service sector companies. 

He is now concentrating his consultancy work on guiding corporations on the topic: "Implications of the Internet, Connectivity and Mobility on business processes", which is also one of his favorite subject as a business speaker. 

Bjørn-Erik Willoch is used to talk in front of thousands of people every year, and he is capable of speaking on practically every issue related to business changes. He is author of a Scandinavian bestseller on reorganizing business processes as well as several hundred articles on the topics mentioned above.
