An international trend spotter.
Cay Bond has a university degree in French, English and French culture from Sorbonne. But this was not enough, so later on she took an education as journalist and movie-editor. She has been working as editor of (and the driving force behind) a program in Swedish television and the cultural fashion magazine, CLIC, which changed the Swedish media market. Furthermore, she has participated in an international project on Swedish industrial design for the Swedish furniture industry. In extension of this project, she became project manager in Vietnam for SIDA, a state owned, Swedish organization aiming to develop international relations within the furniture and textile industry.
Her very wide range of experience has provided Cay Bond with a great knowledge of how markets respond and develop in pace with changing needs. Today she works at the international trend analysis company Promostyl in Paris, and her many clients are as different as organizations, advertising agencies, investment companies, and several brands like Subaru, Body Shop, Tesco, Ericsson, Swatch, Waterman, Auchan, Citroën, H&M, Adidas, Reebok, Guerlain, Brio and Disney.
There are many reasons why Cay Bond is one of Sweden’s most wanted speakers. Her audience is taken away by her great knowledge and her ability to communicate her message in an inspiring and fascinating way. Besides her professional work and her many speaker jobs, Cay Bond is also a common guest in television, commenting on issues within the field of fashion and lifestyle. Cay Bond has also written the book “Bordel de mode”.
