Malcolm McDonald is a graduate in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, in Business Studies from Bradford University Management Centre and he has a PhD from Cranfield University.
He has extensive industrial experience including a number of years as Marketing and Sales Director of Canada Dry. He works with companies around the world, many of them being major multi–nationals, mostly at board level.
During the past eighteen years he has run management and marketing seminars in Europe, China, USA, Middle East, Australasia, Austria, Japan and South Africa.
Malcolm McDonald has written more than 30 books, many of which form the core curriculum for marketing students around the world, and includes the best seller Marketing Plans: How to Prepare Them, How to Use Them and his latest work on Key Account Management.
